The player features a 1TB hard drive for media storage. Blu-ray Lxcinema by Rick Broida Mar 6, It allows you to play back digitally encoded movies and music without the hassle of hooking your computer up to your home theater. So far I haven't found a file format that LaCinema would not understand. And it makes sense not just for video, but also for photos and music. Our Verdict If you want Apple style usability this nippy little streamer may just be the thing you're looking for. The first week it worked like a charm, after adding about files 10 to 15 Gb of storage material it is taking a little bit longer to upload stuff, but it is still faster that the previous version.

LaCie Classic HD overview. I would definitely buy another and would recomend this, and already have, to my freinds,PS I love the two USB ports which the other brand is lacking. Easy to reformat for the Mac. Not Specified by Manufacturer.

DTS digital output, Dolby Digital output. Yes, I would buy it again and again. This is particularly a problem when you have few TV episodes ripped from one DVD - the menu only selects the first episode and you cannot access the others.

I also have another brand of media player that is good, but I like the way the LaCie displays your files both seem to have slow remotes but this is something I have learned to live with.
